DIAGNOSIS: ASTHMA, PRINZMETAL ANGINA, TYPE II DIABETES
AND HYPERTENSION
In 2000, I was diagnosed with asthma, prinzmetal angina, type II diabetes and hypertension.
I underwent medication from
various doctors of different hospitals. In August 2006, I complained
from severe stomach ache associated with vomiting. Hence, on August 21,
